Koray Camgoz

Koray is an internationally experienced, post-graduate communications director. As the PRCA’s Director of Communications & Marketing, he works with business and communications leaders to champion the value of PR and strengthen the Association’s reputation in the UK and around the world.

He began his 10-year career at a healthcare PR agency in New York before working in policy and communications at the CIPR. He has delivered keynote speeches at national and international PR events and his work on the pandemic, PR ethics, diversity, and mental health, has been published in numerous UK and international PR books. Koray holds a master’s degree in media and communications, a PR Diploma and is a Chartered PR Practitioner.

Daniel Andrews

Daniel Andrews is the founder and CEO of the tree – a multi-award-winning social-first digital marketing agency, and the root – a powerful CMS and ecommerce technology solution.

His mission? To support organisations in creating real-world outcomes through social-first thinking, all powered by data-led strategies and strong creative visions. Marketing that makes a difference. 

For more than 12 years, Daniel has worked with a wide range of brands including JustEat, Anglo American to American Airlines, easyJet, and Ticketmaster. He’s helped to develop strategies and digitally-focussed creative campaigns that provide holistic supportfrom social commerce, to community engagement, to CSR.

In 2018, Daniel was named FSB’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year – and now, with the support of his trusted leadership team, he has scaled his agency, the tree, into a Top 10 Drum Elite Agency (as voted for by clients). Not too shabby.

His vision for working with the Creative Marketing Council is to make a lasting impact. 

“I’d like to engage the industry, and support marketing professionals to bring out their very best,” says Daniel. “By fostering opportunities to share thinking, I believe this will help educate businesses on the 
importance of data and creative-led strategies. 

“I love meeting new people with fresh ideas, and helping their development, and I believe that we – as a council – have a chance to make an impact and support the development of future and current talent.”

Henry Redshaw

Henry has almost 20 years’ experience in the membership sector ranging from the IoD to the British Safety Council. Now, he’s Head of Membership Development with the PRCA.

Henry is known as a thought leader when it comes to membership organisations. Developing new membership categories, overhauling messaging to members or challenging members to reach for industry best practice – Henry has become the go-to guy for it all.

“The Creative Marketing Council is an exciting new development looking to tie all companies within the marketing mix both in-house and agency to shape the future of our industry,” Henry tells us. “I am hugely motivated and keen to help our industry and I think the CMC is the perfect future looking organisation for the industry as a whole.”

Katharine Trewern

She has over 13 years’ experience in digital marketing, starting her career in agency client management and has honed her expertise in various roles across the higher education sector.

Passionate about people and projects – Katharine loves working with a variety of stakeholders and understanding the breadth of available data and touchpoints to inform the creative and execution of marketing activities.

Over the last decade, she has focussed on the convergence of digital and marketing to advance campaign success, user experience and conversation rate optimisation. As a leader, she thrives on bringing creative marketeers together and empowering them in driving strategic results for business and personal success.

Excited by the opportunities to contribute and make a tangible impact with the Creative Marketing Council, Katharine says:

Jonathan Foan

Jonathan is a senior content marketer with extensive experience leading content teams to deliver award winning work.

In his early career he worked agency-side with a wide range of brands across a range of verticals including Tui, Lidl and Grolsh, before moving client side to lead social campaigns at Tesco where he won a suite of industry awards for content campaigns he lead for the brand. He currently leads the social team at Three UK.

His vision for working with the Creative Marketing Council is to help bridge the gap between the creative excellence of agency-side content marketing and how it’s perceived in-house and the impact it can have for business objectives.
