Daniel Andrews, Chairman
Daniel’s mission is to support organisations in creating real-world outcomes through social-first thinking, all powered by data-led strategies and strong creative visions.
For more than 12 years, Daniel has worked with a wide range of brands such as JustEat, Anglo American, American Airlines, easyJet, and Ticketmaster, developing strategies and digitally-focussed creative campaigns to support everything from social commerce, to community engagement, to CSR. In 2018, Daniel was named FSB’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year – and now, with the support of his trusted leadership team, he has scaled his agency, the tree, into a Top 10 Drum Elite Agency (as voted for by clients).
His vision for working with the Creative Marketing Council is to create industry impact, and shape its future success. “I’d like to engage the industry, and support marketing professionals to bring out their very best. By fostering opportunities to share thinking, I believe this will help educate businesses on the importance of data and creative-led strategies. With more than 20 years’ experience in online and offline marketing, Nick is one of the West Midlands advertising scene’s most influential figures.
Nick has been Managing Director of M3 Agency for 3 years, and recently celebrated his 10 year anniversary at the company in 2020, which has seen significant growth under his leadership. His ability to develop strategies that blend multiple campaign channels including radio, TV and national press, digital and direct mail, has resulted in increased sales, awareness and market penetration for blue-chip customers across retail, manufacturing and leisure and travel.
His successful track record in these sectors and from running his own agency, has paved the way for ambitious plans to grow the agency while maintaining passion, values and service standards.
